Senior Product Analytics Manager (m/f/d) Full Time Berlin, Deutschland With Professional Experience 2/28/24 Your role In collaboration with the Data Team, Product Managers, and the Leadership Team of softgarden, you will work on product analytics, product portfolio management, pricing, and growth opportunities (upsell/cross-sell potential). Through intensive communication with cross-functional teams such as Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success, you will define key metrics and deliver actionable insights. To optimize softgarden´s product portfolio, you´ll implement effective pricing strategies informed by data insights. Utilizing tools such as Amplitude, Metabase, and Google Analytics, you´ll measure and track the performance of products. You will work on product engagement metrics and help Product Teams achieve those. Stay informed about industry trends in product analytics and data science, and actively identify opportunities for growth and improvement. What you bringalong In the past you have gained experience in leading a Product Team, including backlog management and prioritisation, but also shaping the team´s OKRs together with the Product Leadership.

Your language skills in German and English are at least C1 and at best fluent. Ideally you bring experience in B2B product management. (In HR industry would be a plus) Through your strong communication and analytical skills, you can manage stakeholders and use data for decision making. Why softgarden?
